Our 6-Step Athlete Pathway
To ensure a focused, professional, and supportive experience for aspiring African student-athletes, We follow a simplified yet comprehensive 6-step process:
STEP 1
Athlete Pre-Assessment & Onboarding
Prospective student-athletes begin by completing our free pre-assessment form, allowing our placement team to evaluate their athletic and academic potential. Qualified candidates then proceed to a personal consultation. Upon mutual agreement, a commitment contract is signed, officially enrolling them into the Academy. Each athlete is then assigned a dedicated mentor with expertise in their sport discipline
STEP 2
Personal Action Plan & Orientation
Each athlete receives a customized action plan based on their goals, sport, academic standing, and scholarship potential. This is followed by a program orientation to introduce the athlete to our systems, timelines, and expectations.
STEP 3
Academic & Test Prep
We provide tailored support for college entrance exam preparation, including SAT, TOEFL, or Duolingo. Our team also assists with academic transcript evaluation and GPA conversion to meet international eligibility standards.
STEP 4
Athlete Marketing & College Placement
A standout athletic profile is created for each athlete, showcasing academic, athletic, and personal achievements. We actively promote these profiles to our network of university coaches and admissions offices. Athletes are guided through selecting the most fitting college sports divisions and scholarship opportunities.
STEP 5
Scholarship Offers & Guidance
We help athletes review and compare offers from multiple institutions, aligning with their academic, athletic, and personal aspirations. Our guidance ensures informed decisions during the selection process.
STEP 6
Visa, Travel & Ongoing Support
Once a college is chosen, we assist with the student visa process, athletic eligibility certifications, and travel arrangements. Our support continues even after enrollment, providing resources for a smooth transition and ongoing success as a student-athlete.
