The Nkong Fondom Football Tournament for Peace, Social Cohesion, and Community Reintegration is an initiative aimed at addressing the aftermath of the Anglophone crisis in Nkong Fondom – Lebialem Division, Southwest Region of Cameroon, which has displaced thousands of people. In collaboration with Nkong Cultural Development Association (NCUDA), ROBOGA Organization, NKONG Green Planet Cooperative, and RED ROOF INN TOMBEL, this project seeks to restore peace, strengthen social cohesion, and facilitate the reintegration of displaced communities through the power of sports.

2025 edition seeks to engage 500 youth and 5,000 community members. The tournament leverages football as a platform for peace education, conflict resolution, and leadership development. Structured peace-building activities, including team formation, community engagement campaigns, and mentorship programs, are integrated into the tournament to promote tolerance, mutual respect, and teamwork.

2025 Goal

Directly train 500 youth in peace-building values through football, equipping them with conflict resolution and leadership skills.
Sensitize and engage 5,000 community members on the importance of peace and social cohesion, creating a supportive environment for reintegration and rebuilding.
Train 35 youth leaders as peace ambassadors.
